Official Server & Game Hot-Fix Release

An official server for Threnody Online: Prototype has been released and with that server release comes a hot-fix for the game.

The official server can be easily found through the game, but in the event you may have problems locating it you can find it at IP:207.210.252.180:27015.

The hot-fix is a simple one and allows those who have previously downloaded the game to connect the the server without having to re-download the game. For those who have not yet downloaded the game you may do so normally, as the game found in the download section is already fixed. For those who have previously downloaded the game all you need to do is chang the mod folder name from "ThrenodyOnline Prototype" to "ThrenodyOnlinePrototype". By removing the space in the folder name you make your copy of the game match that of the version run by the server.

Thank you for visiting the Official website of Threnody Online, the multi-player first person shooter made by HeadFirst Development. Threnody Online is a FPS/RPG built using Valve's Source engine. Threnody Online was developed as a student project by a group of Game and Simulation Programming majors at DeVry University, Alpharetta, Ga. Threnody Online will be released to the public on June 30th, 2010, (to coincide with our graduation) alongside official dedicated game servers so that you may enjoy our hard work for free and so you can tell us what you think of our game. Trenody Online is a drastic modification of Half-Life 2:Deathmatch and HL2:DM will be required in order to play the game. We hope you enjoy our game!
